Go to Guests. It lists the guests who have a booking at your park, with one row for each guest. Use it to find someone and open their profile.
The guests list
- Tabs: All, Current (their latest booking is on now), Future and Past.
- Each row shows the guest’s name, email and phone, and a check-in mark if they have checked in. Select the name to open their profile.
Which guests you can see
- You see only guests who have a booking at your park. A guest is one person with one profile, shared by every park they book with. See Guest profile.
- To add a returning guest to a booking, search by their full email address or complete mobile number from the booking page. You will not see other parks’ guests in any list.
- New guests are added from a booking. See Registering a guest.
Guest details are personal information. They are handled as the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy describe.
