After booking, guests can see their booking, check themselves in and find the information you set up for them.
What guests see on their booking
- A booking page shows the dates, status and payments, and lists the emails and texts KissBook sent about it.
- For a long-term tenancy it also shows the next payment due and a link to view the lease.
- Guests who log in see My Bookings: a list of their bookings.
Guest check-in
- The check-in page reads “Check-in to” your park, with a Check-in Now button. Selecting it tells you the guest has arrived.
- Afterwards the guest sees “You’re checked-in!”.
- You can also check a guest in yourself. See The booking page.
The guest welcome page
- It shows their check-in and check-out dates, your access codes, your park map and your info sheets, and your park’s contact details.
