Stripe account

Your Stripe account is where guests’ card payments are paid. KissBook connects to it; you stay the owner of the account and see everything in Stripe.

Connect Stripe

  1. Go to Accounts > Stripe Account.
  2. Select Connect with Stripe and follow Stripe’s steps. You can create a new Stripe account or connect an existing one.
  3. When you return, the page shows that your Stripe account is connected.

Stripe fees and the booking fee

  • Stripe is free to join and charges a processing fee for each transaction. Those fees are your park’s cost (Terms of Service section 6.1).
  • The booking fee of $3.00 (GST included) is collected from the guest’s card in the same payment. See Booking fees.
  • Add your bank account in your Stripe settings so Stripe can pay you.
  • Until Stripe is connected, the booking page asks you to connect it, and guests see that online payment is unavailable.
