Guest invoices

Use invoices to bill a guest for bookings they have not paid. You pick the guest and their unpaid bookings, check the invoice, then email it with a PDF.

The Invoices page

  • Go to Accounts > Invoices. It lists the invoices for your park, newest first, with a status, the date and the total. Select one to open it.
  • KissBook’s monthly booking fee invoices to your park are listed here too. See Booking fees.
  • Statuses: Draft, Locked, Sent, Paid and Overdue.

Create a guest invoice

  1. Go to Accounts > Invoices and select New Invoice, or select New Invoice on the guest’s profile.
  2. Choose the guest.
  3. Tick the bookings to invoice and select Create Invoice. Only unpaid bookings that are not already on an invoice can be chosen; the page lists the others with the reason.

Add bookings to a guest invoice

  • On a draft invoice, use the add bookings page to include more of the same guest’s eligible bookings.

Send a guest invoice

  1. Open the invoice and check it. While it is a draft its total follows its bookings.
  2. Select Generate PDF. The invoice is then locked: its bookings and total no longer change.
  3. Select Send to email the guest the invoice with its PDF attached, or View PDF to open it. The invoice lists the emails already sent.
  • Not available on demo parks.
  • Invoicing a guest does not remove the booking fee owed to KissBook. See Booking fees.
