Editing a site

Use this page to change a site’s name, category, price or status. Changes apply to current and future bookings for the site, so check the number of future bookings shown at the top first.

How to edit a site

  1. Go to Sites and choose the site.
  2. Change what you need (the fields are below).
  3. Select Update Site. You return to the site list with a confirmation.

Site fields

  • Unique Site Name: each site in your park needs its own name. If the name is already used, KissBook suggests a free one when you leave the field.
  • Category: each choice shows its price, per night for short-term categories and per week for long-term ones. The page title follows your choice.
  • Stay: shown for information only. It follows the category. Short Term means guests can book online. Long Term means guests must book with your office.
  • Price Override (long-term sites only): keep the category price, or set a weekly price for this site alone.
  • Rent Emails (long-term sites only): Off by default. On sends the tenant an email on the day rent is due, with a link to pay. If your park is not sending yet, the page says so.
  • Status: Active or Closed. A closed site cannot have dates blocked or staff holds placed on it. Set it back to Active first if you need to.

Short-term, active sites also show a Calendar sync section further down. See the guide on calendar sync in this section.
