Your dashboard

The dashboard is the home page for your park. It has a New Booking button, a short list of setup jobs still to do, and a way to switch parks.

What the dashboard shows

  • New Booking opens your park’s public booking page, where you pick dates and a site category. If your public page is offline the button reads Offline and takes you to your park profile instead. Go to Settings > Park Profile to publish it.
  • A list of setup jobs appears while any are still open. Each one disappears when it is done:
    • Complete Park Setup and Complete your Park Profile: required park details are missing. See Park profile.
    • Your public profile is offline: guests cannot book online until you publish it.
    • Setup your Site Pricing: you have no site categories yet. See Site categories.
    • Add your first Sites: you have categories but no sites yet.
    • Please connect your Stripe Account: you cannot take card payments yet. See Taking card payments.

Dashboard menu pages

  • Go to Calendar to see what is booked, by site and day.
  • Go to Bookings for every booking, with filters.
  • Go to Guests for people who have stayed or will stay.
  • Go to Sites for your sites and categories.
  • Go to Messages for emails and texts sent.
  • Go to Accounts for payments, booking fees and invoices.
  • Go to Settings for park profile, pricing, staff and files.

Switching between parks

  • If you belong to more than one park, a small switch icon appears next to the park name. Select it, choose a park, and every page then shows that park.
  • Everything you see and change belongs to the park you are on. Check the park name before you change anything.

“That record doesn’t belong to your park”

  • You opened a booking, guest or site from a different park, for example from an old link or after switching parks.
  • Use the links on that page, or the Calendar, Bookings, Guests or Payments pages, to find the record in the park you are on. If you work for more than one park, switch to the right one first.
