The park profile holds your park’s public details: name, contact details, address and time zone. It is the first step of the setup guide and you can edit it any time.
Park profile fields
- Public Page: Published or Offline. Offline hides your park’s public page, so guests cannot book online. Publish when you are ready.
- Park Name, Phone, Email, Address, Suburb, State, Postcode, Timezone: all required. If your email is empty, KissBook suggests the owner’s email; it is only saved when you save the form.
- Website: optional.
How to edit the park profile
- Go to Settings > Park Profile, or to Settings > Park Setup Guide for the first step of the setup guide.
- Fill in the fields and select Save Park Details. In the setup guide the button reads Save & Continue and takes you to the next step once the required fields are filled.
Park time zone and setup status
- The time zone matters: dates, check-in times and the times shown in your messages follow it. Choose the zone your park is in.
- Until the required fields are filled, the dashboard keeps showing “Complete Park Setup”.
