Go to Sites. It lists every site in your park, grouped by category. Select a site to open its own page.
The site list
- Each category shows how many sites it holds. Each site row shows its name, whether it is Short Term or Long Term, its status and its bookings.
- Buttons at the top: Add Site, Add Multiple Sites and Site Categories. See Adding a site, Adding many sites and Site categories.
- Deleted sites that have booking history are listed at the bottom. See Deleted sites.
A site’s page
- Shows the site’s stay type, status, a 14-day calendar and its latest bookings.
- Status: change it from the drop-down (Active, Maintenance or Closed); it saves straight away. Only an Active site can be booked online.
- Edit: change the name, category, price and more. See Editing a site.
- Delete: select the delete link and confirm. A site with no bookings is removed completely. A site that has ever had a booking is kept and marked deleted, so its booking history stays correct.
