These settings decide how guests are counted and charged: the age under which kids stay free, the price for extra adults, how long a guest may stay, and how many adults each category holds.
Guest Pricing
- Kids stay for free, under age: choose an age. Kids under it are not charged.
- Price for extra adult guests (per night): charged for each adult above the number included in the site’s category.
- Change a value, then select Save (or Cancel to undo). The buttons only appear once you change something.
Guest Booking
- Maximum Short Term Stay (nights): the longest stay a guest can book online. Staff are held to the same limit on the booking form. Long-term sites are not affected.
Guest Capacity
- Lists each category with the adults included and the maximum adults. Select a category to change it. See Site categories.
Guest pricing in the setup guide
- Go to Settings > Park Setup Guide > Guest Pricing. It shows the first two settings. Continue Setup appears when nothing is waiting to be saved.
- For later changes, Go to Settings > Short Term Guest Settings.
